HARVEST Festival is shadows and fire, fabrics and bodies, rituals and transformations. We are looking for those who can translate this magic into the language of light and shadow — people whose shots smell of campfire smoke and carry the spirit of freedom.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Official Photographers and Videographers
Professionals with experience shooting major events, concerts and festivals.
Ability to work in complex lighting (night, fire, backlight).
Readiness to work in a team on a clear schedule.
Documentary and Reportage Creators
Masters of storytelling. Those who shoot not staged scenes, but life.
Ability to be invisible yet present everywhere.
Creating full films or photo stories about the festival.
Art Photographers and Music Video Makers
Authors with a unique visual signature.
Creating stylized shoots, music videos and art objects.
Working with models, artists and installations.
WHAT WE OFFER
For accredited media and independent authors:
Free ticket for all 3 days (Full Pass)
Access to photo zones and main stages
Meals in the press area
Right to use materials in your portfolio (with festival copyright credit)
Promotion of your work in our social media with author credit
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
For official photographers:
At least 50 edited photos per day (color correction in brand-book style)
First selection (10-15 photos for urgent publications) — within 2 hours of a press office request
Full shift report — within 24 hours
For official videographers:
1 highlight reel (up to 1 minute) for each day — by 12:00 the next day
1 full summary film (3-5 minutes) — by August 15
Source files (on request)
Shooting style:
Dark aesthetics: deep shadows, high contrast and grain.
Accents: red, warm fire, white ornament.
Atmosphere: sincerity, immersion, mysticism.
Avoid: staged smiles, gloss, stock poses, excessive retouching.
