BECOME THE HEART OF HARVEST
A HARVEST volunteer creates the atmosphere, guides people between worlds and is among the first to feel the festival come alive. We are looking for people who want to create and live the event from the inside.
5 REASONS
Behind-the-Scenes Access
You will see how art worlds are born, how the stage and marketplace work, and how practitioners prepare their sessions. Direct contact with curators, artists and organizers.
Free Entry + Comfort
Camping in a separate volunteer zone, three meals a day, access to all practices, sets and closed events.
Real Experience and Skills
Organization of immersive events, work in a multidisciplinary team, crisis management, guest service and communication. Certificate plus recommendation letter for your portfolio.
Community and Networking
30+ volunteers from different cities. Evening circles, shared practices, afterparties and an alumni chat. Many of our volunteers later become coordinators, curators or launch their own projects.
Safe and Ethical Environment
Clear rules: culture, respect for boundaries, care for nature and no toxic hierarchy. You work in a space where your energy is valued as much as the result.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
Age 18+
Readiness to work 2-4 shifts of 6 hours between July 28 and August 5
Responsibility, punctuality and teamwork
Sobriety and resource awareness during shifts
Respect for guests, practitioners, artists and site rules
Readiness to help in whichever zone the festival needs at the moment (flexibility is welcome)
