1. General Terms
1.1. This Agreement governs the relationship between the administration of the website www.harfest.org (the Website) and any user of this Website.
1.2. Use of the Website, including viewing pages, downloading files or submitting forms, means the User's full and unconditional acceptance of this Agreement.
2. Intellectual Property
2.1. All objects placed on the Website, including regulations, logos, design, code and graphics, are objects of exclusive rights of the Organizer or third parties and are protected by the intellectual property laws of the Russian Federation.
2.2. Copying, distribution or commercial use of Website materials without written permission from the Administration is prohibited.
3. Personal Data Processing
3.1. By registering on the Website or submitting an application for the competition, the User voluntarily consents to the processing of personal data, including full name, email, phone number and team composition, in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" dated July 27, 2006.
3.2. Personal data is used only to contact the Participant, evaluate the application and organize the HARVEST Festival.
3.3. The User may withdraw consent by sending written notice to support@harfest.org.
4. Limitation of Liability
4.1. The Website Administration does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the resource and is not responsible for temporary failures.
4.2. The Website may contain links to external resources. The Administration is not responsible for the content or privacy policies of third-party websites.
5. Final Provisions
5.1. The Administration reserves the right to amend this Agreement and the Competition Regulations unilaterally. The new version becomes effective from the moment it is published on the Website.

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. This document is a public offer by Individual Entrepreneur Vladislav Andreevich Malyuta, hereinafter the Organizer, to conclude an agreement for services related to organizing and holding the HARVEST Festival (the Agreement) with any individual, hereinafter the Visitor or Buyer, under the terms below.
1.2. In accordance with Article 437(2) of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, this document is a public offer. If the terms below are accepted, the individual accepting the offer becomes the Buyer.
1.3. Payment for a Ticket by the Buyer in the manner provided by this Agreement is deemed acceptance of the offer.
1.4. The Agreement is deemed concluded when the Organizer receives payment for the Ticket.
2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
2.1. The Organizer undertakes to provide the Buyer with access to the HARVEST art quest festival (the Event), and the Buyer undertakes to pay for this service.
2.2. The Event is held as follows:
Date and time: July 31 to August 2, 2026.
Venue: Kashira urban district, Moscow Region.
Format: visiting immersive art quest worlds, performances and exhibition zones.
2.3. The service is deemed rendered when the Buyer is actually admitted to the Event territory upon presentation of a valid Ticket.
3. SERVICE COST AND PAYMENT PROCEDURE
3.1. The Ticket price is stated on the Organizer's website at the time of order placement and includes the service cost and VAT, if applicable.
3.2. Payment is made by the Buyer in Russian rubles as 100% prepayment using bank cards or other payment systems available on the website.
3.3. After payment, an electronic Ticket is sent to the email address specified by the Buyer. The electronic Ticket is the only document confirming conclusion of the Agreement and the right to attend the Event.
4. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES
4.1. The Organizer must:
Provide safe Event attendance conditions in accordance with Russian law.
Provide the Buyer with the opportunity to attend the Event according to the purchased Ticket category.
Notify the Buyer in advance, at least 30 days before the Event, of any change in date, time or venue through the contacts provided at purchase.
4.2. The Organizer may:
Refuse admission to persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs, as well as persons violating public order.
Prohibit bringing weapons, explosives, glass containers, professional photo and video equipment without accreditation, animals except guide dogs, and any items dangerous to others onto the territory.
Make changes to the Event program, including artist replacements or timing changes, without refunding the Ticket price if the Event as a whole has taken place.
4.3. The Buyer must:
Read this Agreement and the attendance rules before payment.
Comply with fire safety rules and public order on the Event territory.
Treat the Organizer's property and festival art objects with care.
Comply with the age restrictions indicated on the Ticket: 18+. The Organizer may request a document confirming age.
The Buyer consents to the use of their image, including photo and video materials obtained at the Event, for the Organizer's advertising and informational purposes without remuneration.
5. TICKET REFUND PROCEDURE
5.1. Ticket refunds are made in accordance with Resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 1338 dated August 11, 2021 and the Law of the Russian Federation "On Consumer Protection".
5.2. Voluntary refusal by the Buyer:
No later than 10 days before the Event date: refund of 100% of the Ticket price, less actual payment processing expenses incurred by the Organizer, not exceeding 3%.
No later than 5 days before the Event date: refund of 50% of the Ticket price.
Less than 5 days before the Event date and on the Event day: no refund is made.
5.3. Cancellation or postponement of the Event by the Organizer:
If the Event is cancelled, the Buyer receives a 100% refund of the Ticket price within 10 business days from the date of the refund request.
If the Event is postponed, the Buyer may either agree to attend on the new date or request a full refund within 10 business days.
5.4. A refund request must be sent by the Buyer in writing to support@harfest.org with the order number, full name and bank account details for the refund.
6. LIABILITY OF THE PARTIES AND FORCE MAJEURE
6.1. The Parties are released from liability for partial or complete non-performance of obligations under this Agreement if caused by force majeure circumstances, including natural disasters, epidemics or actions of government authorities that make the Event impossible or prohibited.
6.2. The Organizer is not responsible for the safety of the Buyer's personal belongings that have not been deposited in storage.
6.3. If the Buyer causes damage to the Organizer's property or third-party property, the Buyer bears full material liability in accordance with Russian law.
7. PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
7.1. By placing an order, the Buyer gives voluntary, informed and specific consent to the processing of personal data, including full name, email and phone number, in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" dated July 27, 2006.
7.2. Personal data is used only to perform this Agreement, send electronic Tickets and provide information about the Event.
8. FINAL PROVISIONS
8.1. This Agreement becomes effective from the moment of acceptance and remains valid until the Parties fully perform their obligations.
8.2. All disputes and disagreements are resolved through negotiations. If no agreement is reached, the dispute is referred to the court at the Organizer's location.
8.3. The Organizer reserves the right to amend this Agreement. The new version becomes effective from the moment it is published on the website.

FOR CREATIVE TEAMS (builders of art quest worlds)
What budget is allocated for building a world?
After selection, the team receives an approved materials budget. Bringing your own materials is welcome.
How much time is available for setup and dismantling?
Setup: July 26-30 (4 days). Dismantling: August 4-5 (2 days). The festival runs July 31-August 3.
Can we use fire, electricity or water in the location?
Yes, but only after approval from the technical director and safety curator. All structures are checked for stability and fire safety.
Who owns the rights to the world concept?
Copyright remains with the team. The festival receives the right to use photos, videos and descriptions of the world in promotional materials with attribution.
Can the location remain after the festival?
Yes, by agreement with the organizers and landowner, if it does not conflict with ecological principles and the dismantling plan.
FOR VOLUNTEERS
Is volunteer experience required?
No. Responsibility, teamwork and willingness to learn are what matter most. Skills such as first aid, photography or radio communication are a plus, but not required.
What is the shift schedule?
Two to four shifts of six hours over six festival days. The rest of the time is yours: practices, stage, rest and networking.
What does a volunteer receive?
A camping place in a separate zone, three meals a day, access to all activities, a certificate and a recommendation letter.
Can I attend practices when I am not on shift?
Yes. Volunteers have full access to the festival program in their free time.
What if I get sick or cannot come?
Tell the coordinator at least 48 hours in advance so we can find a replacement. In emergencies, write at any time; we are available.
FOR BODY PRACTITIONERS
What practice formats are accepted?
Sessions of 60-90 minutes, drop-in practices of 15-30 minutes, tactile stations and group rituals.
The main requirements are interactivity, safety and alignment with the HARVEST theme.
What does the festival provide?
Mats, pillows, tents, lighting, power sockets, promotion in the program and social media, and technical support. Please specify details in your application.
How does payment work?
The festival commission is 20%.
What are the safety rules?
Mandatory consent rule, a clear way to exit the practice, no manipulative techniques, a medical point within five minutes and briefing before admission.
Can I sell my services or merch?
Yes, in a designated marketplace area by agreement with the coordinator. The festival commission is 20%.
FOR MARKETPLACE VENDORS
How much does a marketplace spot cost?
Two options are available:
• Rental of a 2x2 m spot: 5,000 RUB for 3 days
• Or 20% of sales, without rental fee
You choose the option when applying.
What is included in the participant package?
Canopy, basic lighting, power socket, placement in navigation, social media mention, unloading support and access to volunteer assistants.
Can we sell food, drinks or alcohol?
Food and non-alcoholic drinks are allowed. Alcohol sales and consumption are prohibited.
Which products are prioritized?
Eco goods, tactile products, natural cosmetics, craft items, wellness products and ethical merch. The marketplace is curated and selected according to festival values.
Is there access to water and electricity?
Yes: water points are 50 meters from the marketplace, and each spot has a 220V power socket. High-power equipment requires approval from the technical director.
FOR PARTNERS AND SPONSORS
What metrics will I receive after the festival?
A full report within 14 days: online reach, number of contacts, photo/video content, guest surveys and scaling recommendations.
Can I collect leads and guest contacts?
Yes, through legal mechanics: QR codes, chatbots and forms with explicit consent in accordance with Federal Law 152-FZ. We help set up the funnel.
Is category exclusivity guaranteed?
Yes. Each sponsorship package includes only one brand from an adjacent niche. This is fixed in the contract.
What if the weather is bad?
All activities have a Plan B: tents, canopies and covered zones. In extreme conditions, activities move to safe locations with guest notification.
How is branded content usage regulated?
All photos and videos with brand integration are provided to the partner in high quality. Festival use is only with partner attribution and within the approved technical brief.
FOR GUESTS
What should I bring?
Tent, sleeping bag, mat, raincoat, comfortable shoes, hygiene items, reusable dishes, flashlight and a good mood. The full checklist will arrive after ticket purchase.
Are toilets and electricity available on site?
Yes: toilets (one per 20 people), charging stations and lighting points. Drinking water is free.
Can I come with children or animals?
No. Entry for persons under 18 and animals is strictly prohibited.
What if I cannot come?
Tickets are non-refundable, but you may transfer them to another person (name change in the database is free until July 25) or keep the paid amount as a deposit for RG Community events within three months starting September 2026.
Will there be mobile reception and internet?
Mobile reception is available (MTS and Megafon work best). An enhanced access point is located at the information desk.
There is no full coverage, and that is part of the digital detox atmosphere.
Are there rules of conduct?
Yes: consent culture (nothing without asking), sobriety, respect for nature and people. A detailed guide will be in the welcome email.
GENERAL QUESTIONS
Where is the exact location?
Coordinates and detailed directions are sent to all registered participants three days before the start. The site is southwest of Moscow.
How do I get there without a car?
You can arrive by public transport: a railway station and bus stop are nearby. A detailed guide will be in the welcome email.

GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. This Personal Data Processing Policy (the Policy)
defines the procedure for collecting, storing, processing and protecting personal data of users of www.harfest.org (the Website).
1.2. Use of the Website, including submitting applications, buying tickets or subscribing to newsletters, means the User's unconditional acceptance of this Policy and the personal data processing terms described in it.
1.3. If the User does not agree with the Policy, the User must immediately stop using the Website.

The Operator may collect the following categories of personal data:

When buying a ticket: full name, email address, phone number and age.
When submitting a competition application: full names and roles of team members, portfolio links, project description and contact details of the team captain.
When entering into contracts with legal entities: full name and position of a representative, company details.
3.2. Automatically collected data:
IP address, browser and operating system information, cookie data and page visit history on the Website, including through web analytics services such as Yandex Metrica.
3.3. Payment data: the Operator does not collect or store full bank card details of Users. Payments are processed through secure payment gateways and aggregators, such as YooKassa, CloudPayments or Tinkoff Kassa, that comply with the PCI DSS security standard.
4. PURPOSES OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
The Operator processes the User's personal data for the following purposes:
4.1. Identifying the User when placing a ticket order or registering for a competition.
4.2. Performing obligations under the Public Offer Agreement or service agreement.
4.3. Informing the User about order status, program changes and festival attendance rules.
4.4. Conducting statistical and marketing research in anonymized form to improve the Website and the quality of festival services.
4.5. Sending informational and advertising messages about future events of the Operator
only when separate explicit consent has been given, for example by ticking a checkbox in a form.
5. PROCEDURE AND CONDITIONS OF DATA PROCESSING
5.1. Personal data is processed in compliance with the principles and rules established by Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data".
5.2. Processing may be automated or non-automated.
5.3. The Operator takes necessary organizational and technical measures to protect personal data from unlawful or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying and distribution.
5.4. Storage period: personal data is stored no longer than required for the purposes of processing or until consent is withdrawn by the User. After the purposes are achieved or consent is withdrawn, data is deleted or anonymized within 30 calendar days.
6. TRANSFER OF DATA TO THIRD PARTIES
6.1. The Operator does not sell or transfer Users' personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
6.2. Data may be transferred to third parties only in the following cases:
The User has consented to such actions.
The transfer is necessary to perform obligations to the User, for example transfer to a ticket operator support service or payment aggregator to process a transaction.
The transfer is required by Russian law, including requests from authorized state bodies such as courts, prosecutors or Roskomnadzor.
7. RIGHTS OF THE USER (PERSONAL DATA SUBJECT)
7.1. The User has the right to:
Receive information concerning the processing of personal data.
Request clarification, blocking or destruction of personal data if it is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate or processed unlawfully.
Withdraw consent to personal data processing at any time.
7.2. To exercise these rights, the User may send a written request to support@harfest.org. The request must include full name, contact details, identity document number for identification and the essence of the request.
7.3. The Operator must review the request and provide a reasoned response within 10 business days after receipt.
8. USE OF COOKIES
8.1. The Website uses cookies to save User settings and collect anonymized traffic statistics.
8.2. The User may disable cookies in browser settings, but this may cause some Website functions to work incorrectly.
9. FINAL PROVISIONS
9.1. This Policy becomes effective upon publication on the Website and remains valid indefinitely until revoked or replaced by a new version.
9.2. The Operator reserves the right to amend this Policy. A new version becomes effective when published on the Website. Continued use of the Website after changes means the User agrees to the new version.
